Oh dear... and in the fifties, which is what I imagine your style places this lovely young woman, that is never a good thing. D: lol. Very nice, Aste17. Your soft tones and textures, combined with that gorgeous creamy lighting, evoke thoughts of Norman Rockwell.
Except you have darker and more subtle thematic elements, more than I think Mr. Rockwell would ever have produced. I can imagine, however, that another artist producing images like these during his time would have been just as lauded, and for good reason.
This image does more than just provide a pretty girl and face for the viewer to ogle. There is emotion and thought beneath her expression and posture, and the environs in which she finds herself. It gives us reason for pause... and sobering contemplation.
